Think MPH and think SRMIST

The School of Public Health is designed on a 'hub and spoke' concept that links it to many sister schools in the university including medical, nursing, pharmacy, food technology, management, environmental engineering, science and humanities. This mutually beneficial understanding gives students the advantage of a well-rounded learning experience.

The Public Health programs are designed for graduates, who aspire to be leaders and professionals in public health, and are aspiring to reach high-level roles nationally and internationally. Our students come from all parts of India and International students from the East.

SRM Institute of Science and Technology has a very strong MPH department. Because SRM has two medical colleges one is inside the campus and another one is in Vadapalani, Chennai city area, which is an international medical college hospital named as SIMS. SRM IST links with partners International, an organization of top US hospitals, affiliated to Harvard Medical School, USA and Queen’s University, Canada, contribute greatly to knowledge exchange, joint research and career opportunities.
