MBBS entrance test under all public and private medical colleges against the academic session 2017-18 held today across the country. The test began at 10 am and ended at 11 am across 20 centers.
Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammed Nasim while visiting an admission test centre at Dhaka University Kalabhaban said there was no scope for question paper leakage in MBBS admission test.
The minister said the test was held amid tight security and members of admission test committee were monitoring the examinations properly. Nasim also assured of publishing the results of the test within shortest possible time.
As much as 82,788 students applied for MBBS admission test this year. More than 24 contestent appeard the test against 3,118 seats under 31 public medical colleges and the number of contestent is 8 against all medical colleges including public and private. Five marks will be curtailed for second time admission seekers this year.
