Job Responsibilities
Responsible to provide customer service over the phone
Handling callers' queries and requests
Maintain high standard of call quality as per the requirement
Responsible to record and update call output
Perform any other operational task assigned by the authority
Responsible to follow-up customer calls when necessary
Support sales team by generating quality sales lead
Coordinating with stakeholders for pending customer related issues
Maintaining a good track record
Educational Requirements
BBA in Marketing. Experienced candidates may apply without mentioned qualification.
No formal experience required.
Passionate about customer service
Excellent inter personal skills along with adequate command over both English and Bengali language
Competent in using MS Office applications
Self-motivated, energetic and dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure.
Ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
Adequate computer knowledge
